Meet Angel

Angel Bilagot (MA, DCP, RP, RDT) is a registered Psychotherapist and Drama Therapist. She is also a mother to four beautifully rambunctious boys. Angel graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a combined degree of Psychology and Theatre. She completed her Masters Degree at Concordia University, specializing in Drama Therapy.

Angel continued her training in Drama Therapy in New York City, while working as a Therapist at the PTSD Clinic in New Haven, Connecticut. Angel’s professional experiences have provided her the opportunity to work, teach, and develop programs for environments such as the Jewish General Hospital (Montreal), The Canadian Institute for Neuro Integrative Development (Montreal), The Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter, and The University of Alberta (Edmonton). 

In 2025, Angel graduated from Yorkville University with a doctorate in counselling and psychotherapy. 

Individual Sessions

Consultations are complimentary. The one-to-one therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs, ensuring personalized and focused support. You have the flexibility to choose a time frame that works best for you, with options for either a 30-minute or a 60-minute session.

Teen Drop-In

Teen Drop-In is a free, calm, and welcoming space for teens ages 13+. If your teen has been struggling and you’re not sure where to turn, you’re not alone. This is a gentle place for teens to slow down, feel supported, and simply be themselves. Creative materials are available but always optional, allowing teens to participate in ways that feel right for them.
